Principal Message
King Solomon says “Train children in the right way and when old they will not stray” (Prov. 22/6). Education is the key to development and progress. Honesty, sincerity, hard work and above all, a firm determination are vital to progress in any field. Quality education is a prerequisite for a person’s holistic growth amalgamating mental acuteness social awareness, healthy relationship and refined manners. Education aims at instilling self-esteem, love of one’s culture and history, and respect for one’s culture and history, and respect for ones fellowmen. According to Swami Vivekananda, “Educations is the manifestation of perfection already in a man”. A Nobel Laureate in physics, Albert Einstein, who propounded photo electric effect, was hailed in 1921 as a synonym for genius. But in 1945 when Hiroshima and Nagasaki were ruthlessly bombarded the philanthropic Einstein sprang up to make a clarion call for universal peace and harmony. Knowledge devoid of morality and fundamental faith in God is like a lethal weapon under the custody of a lunatic. A wound caused at the tender age would evolve into a cancerous sore over the years. Therefore, the need of the hour is to make right and prudent choice. Let us awake, arise and work hard to rightly mould citizens of tomorrow.
